The detector estimates tempo from the audio and works best when a clear beat is present. It can choose half-time or double-time, and tracks with weak or changing rhythm may fail. Check the result against the track before beatgridding or mixing.
No. Files are read and analyzed in your browser. The audio and detected results are not sent to SirenMix’s server.
The tool accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, OGA, and OPUS files that your browser can decode. If a file cannot be decoded, remove it and try another supported file.
Analysis runs on your device and temporarily decodes each track, so CPU performance, available memory, and track length affect the wait. Close memory-heavy tabs or apps and try the latest Chrome; if it still fails, use a computer with more available memory.
