1. Eligibility & Account Security

SirenMix is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Service Description

SirenMix currently offers cloud storage, upload, download, playback, and sharing tools for audio files and related content. The service may change over time, and some features may be in beta, limited, or unavailable in your region.

3. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give SirenMix a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share your content.

4. Sharing & Public Access

If you create a share link, the files, titles, descriptions, cover art, and other information you choose to share may be accessible to anyone who has the link or the required password. You are responsible for the consequences of sharing your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use SirenMix to:

• upload, store, or share content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• break the law, distribute malware, or use the service for fraud, spam, or abusive activity;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the service;
• scrape, bulk-download, or use unauthorized automation against the service;
• share account credentials or access accounts that do not belong to you;
• resell, mirror, or exploit the service in a way we have not authorized.

6. Copyright Complaints

We may remove or disable access to content that is alleged to infringe copyright or other rights, investigate repeat complaints, and limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate others' rights. Copyright complaints can be sent to [email protected].

7. Paid Services

SirenMix may offer paid plans in the future. If and when paid features become available, the pricing, billing cycle, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation rules, and any refund policy shown at checkout or purchase pages will control for that purchase.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to SirenMix if we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we may try to provide notice, but we do not guarantee advance notice in every case.

9. Availability & Disclaimers

SirenMix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that content will never be lost, delayed, or corrupted. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important files.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SirenMix and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and may provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use of SirenMix after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
