Last updated: March 9, 2026

This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement on SirenMix and how we review content removal requests. It does not replace legal advice, and you should only send a complaint if you believe you have the rights required to do so.

1. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

To help us review a complaint efficiently, please send:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or other specific location on SirenMix where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. How We Review Complaints

After receiving a complaint, we may review the information provided, request more detail, disable access to the reported material, notify the affected user, or take other action we consider appropriate.

3. Mistaken Removal or Dispute

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, reply to our notice or email [email protected] with enough information for us to review the dispute, including the content that was affected, where it appeared before removal, and why you believe the complaint was incorrect.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload or share content that infringes copyright or other rights.

5. Good Faith

False, misleading, or abusive complaints can harm other users and may create legal risk. Only send a complaint if you have a reasonable good-faith basis.
